Other expenses include: attorneys fees, property taxes, revenue or tax stamps and any agreed upon seller-paid concessions such as closing costs or a home warranty.
In addition to the sale price, buyers will typically incur expenses related to the property title. This includes the title search and opinion as well as the title insurance policy.
